Kroll Ontrack Acquisition of Ibas
Holdings Connects World’s Leading Data Recovery Experts
In a deal that further strengthens its worldwide leadership position in the
data recovery and computer forensics marketplace, Kroll Ontrack has acquired
Ibas Holdings ASA, a leading Norwegian-based provider of data recovery, data
erasure and computer forensics services. Ontrack Data Recovery is division
of Kroll Ontrack. In 2005, Ibas acquired Vogon International, a
privately-held UK company, provider of data recovery and specialist in
computer forensics.
By combining the strengths of these organizations, our customers in more than 21 countries can expect even more leading-edge data recovery and computer forensics solutions.
