Course Booking Form
Course Terms: Course bookings are provisional until secured by payment of pro-forma invoice which should be made a minimum of one month in advance of course commencement date and by return if booking is made less than one month before the course commencement date. Full refunds will be made upon receipt of at least 28 days written notice of cancellation with no refund after this unless the course place is sold to another delegate in which case a full refund will be made. A substitute delegate may attend a course without extra charge. Transfers to a later course scheduled and with availability within 45 days of the original course commencement date may be subject to an administration charge of 25% of the course fee. Ibas UK Ltd will refund the whole course fee or offer an alternative course date in the event of having to cancel any course
